Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introductory demo classes are 100% complimentary. You may cancel or reschedule your demo slot at any time without penalty. If you cannot make your scheduled time, simply notify us on WhatsApp or phone so we can offer the slot to another student.

Private personal sessions involve dedicated instructor booking and studio preparation. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours advance notice at no cost. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will be counted as a completed session from your package.

Standard group class memberships and monthly plans are non-refundable once the session cycle or billing period has begun. In cases of sudden medical emergencies or physician-ordered bed rest, memberships may be paused upon submitting documentation.

For specialized weekend workshops, masterclasses, or summer camps: full refunds are issued for cancellations requested at least 7 days prior to the start date. Within 7 days of the event, paid fees may be converted into credits applicable towards future workshops or classes.

Any approved refunds are processed back to the original source payment method (UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card) within 7 to 10 business days, subject to the customer’s banking institution timelines.
