Hatha's steadiness meets Vinyasa's flow: postures held with firmness, linked with conscious breath.
Traditional yoga at Advaitha Yoga is classical Hatha yoga, taught the way it has passed from teacher to student. Each class combines asana (postures), pranayama (breath), relaxation and meditation. The practice builds physical health, and its deeper goal is a steady, quiet mind. It suits complete beginners and long-time practitioners.

60-minute class
Yoga began as a spiritual discipline whose goal is union of the individual self with the infinite. In the classical texts, Hatha practices prepared the body to sit comfortably for long periods of meditation. Many modern classes treat yoga as fitness only. We keep the whole system together: correct alignment, breath awareness and inner attention are taught alongside the physical work.
Classes follow a balanced sequence of warm-up and joint movements, standing and seated asanas, inversions and twists suited to your level, then pranayama and guided relaxation. The sequence closes with a short meditation. Every posture is taught with its alignment and breath count, so your practice deepens safely over months and years.
Transparent monthly and multi-month fees. In-studio group classes, personalized home coaching, and live online options.
