1. Services & Offerings

Advaitha Yoga provides yoga training, holistic yoga therapy, competition coaching, prenatal yoga, corporate wellness, and online live classes. By enrolling in a class, workshop, private session, or scheduling a demo, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Health & Fitness to Participate

Yoga involves physical exertion, postural alignment, and controlled breathing. You explicitly confirm that:

• You are physically fit and medically capable of taking part in yoga practice, or have consulted a licensed physician prior to commencing.
• You will inform your instructor before the start of each session of any injury, surgery, medication, spinal issue, high/low blood pressure, or pregnancy.
• You will practise mindfully within your individual capabilities and comfort level, resting whenever necessary. Participation is strictly at your own voluntary risk.

3. Educational Nature & Medical Boundaries

All teachings, asana sequences, pranayama guidance, and therapeutic consultations provided by Advaitha Yoga are strictly educational and supportive in nature. They do not constitute medical advice, medical diagnosis, or curative treatment.

4. Bookings & Confirmation

Free demo classes and regular batch slots must be reserved in advance via our booking wizard or official studio channels. A booking is considered confirmed only upon explicit confirmation from our studio administration via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

5. Fees & Membership Terms

• Membership and batch fees are payable in advance prior to the commencement of each billing cycle or package period.
• Memberships are personal and non-transferable to any other individual unless expressly approved in writing by the studio director.
• Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on class cancellations and rescheduling.

6. Studio Etiquette & Conduct

To foster an atmosphere of mindfulness, peace, and mutual respect:

• Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled batch time. Late arrivals may disrupt ongoing meditation or warm-up sequences.
• Mobile phones must be switched off or placed in silent mode upon entering the studio practice hall.
• Maintain respectful decorum towards fellow students, teachers, and staff members at all times.
• Wear clean, comfortable, and modest stretchable clothing suitable for yogic movements.

7. Online Classes & Technical Requirements

For online live batches:

• Students are responsible for setting up a safe, slip-free practice space with adequate clearance from furniture or sharp objects.
• A stable internet connection and functioning webcam are required so the instructor can observe form and offer corrections.
• Recording, redistributing, or publishing live online classes without written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Photos, Videos & Media Consent

From time to time, Advaitha Yoga may capture photos or video recordings of studio classes, yoga camps, and competition events for educational documentation, the website gallery, or social media. If you prefer not to appear in any media, notify the administration or instructor in advance and we will respect your request completely.

9. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, photography, videos, logos, and written content published on advaithayoga.in belong exclusively to Advaitha Yoga. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Advaitha Yoga, its founder K. Dattatreya Rao, and its instructors shall not be held liable for personal injury, aggravation of undisclosed medical conditions, or loss of personal belongings resulting from non-compliance with instructor guidelines or safety precautions.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
